Expectations will play a big part in my perspectives from this trip. A stopover in Iceland was largely to take advantage of those stopover tickets, break up the trip back home, and see some interesting natural wonders. With no insights other than there being a rainbow street with an unusual church at the end, Iceland was full of surprises! Here’s what we saw during our four-day stopover…
